Our Team
Oaktree Resource Centre was founded by Catherine De Padua, who is passionate about people development. She started in the people development arena more than 20 years ago as a trainer in the IT industry. In 2002, she founded her own boutique people development company, Innovative Formula Sdn Bhd (www.innovative-formula.com).
The birth of her child, Manuela, in 2005 introduced her to the world of children with special needs. After journeying with Manuela for 12 years and watching her go through various schools, Catherine decided it was time to start her own one-stop centre to cater for children with special needs. Upon graduating with a Professional Diploma in Special Education from Wawasan Open University & Nottingham University (UK), Oaktree Resource Centre was formed in 2017 and opened it's doors in October 2017.
Together with a team of teachers, specialists, and therapists, Oaktree Resource Centre caters for children from age 7 to 17.
